"We recently went to Akel's Carpet One shopping for new carpet for our large Master bedroom and two large walk-in master closets. There was a large array of colors, styles and materials available. We were able to walk on a sample of the Karastan carpet and comfortable padding we selected prior to purchase. A mutually agreeable time for the installation was determined and the store kept us apprised of the schedule and any changes.

On the scheduled day the two installers arrived on time and ready to work. They were pleasant and experienced carefully moving furniture (except for electronics which are the customer's responsibility), removing old carpet and cleaning the spaces for the new floor covering. After the new carpet and pad are installed, the furniture is returned to its rightful place, and you begin to enjoy your new carpet. We are extremely pleased with the results, and we highly recommend Akel's Carpet One. They are very pleasant, reliable, knowledgeable and reasonable."
